Terms of Use for the Land of Ideas Media Service:

All registered press representatives may make unlimited use of the media service as a research portal. As long as there are no indications to the contrary, the contents of the media service may be made unlimited, non-exclusive and free use of and publicized within the framework of news media reporting. Texts whose source is indicated as the German Press Agency (dpa) may not be used by competitors of the dpa, i. e. by news agencies that direct the same range of services to an identical clientele.

Commercial use of the texts and/or pictures beyond the aforementioned editorial use is not permitted. The editing of pictures may only occur within the scope of normal picture processing (cuttings, colour corrections, technical quality improvements). Any attempt to make unauthorised use of or to falsify the texts and pictures, or use aimed at the vilification of persons or contents is not permissible.

FC Deutschland GmbH assumes no liability in the event of non-compliance with these terms of use. This applies especially to cases, where the editorial texts and/or pictures have been altered and/or where pictures have been edited beyond the scope permitted by these terms of use and/or if special use is made of the pictures that is not exclusively for the purpose of accompanying a text.

Rights of use for all articles and pictures of the media service shall end on 30 June 2008.

The services provided by the media service may be cancelled at any time.

Data protection notice:

The media service is exclusively offered to press representatives, who have registered within the scope of the World Cup accreditation. The personal data received as a requirement for this accreditation shall only be used within the scope of providing media services and shall not be passed on to third persons.
